The property is 4 miles from Padstow and close to seven of Cornwalls most stunning beaches. The contemporary accommodation is both modern and comfortable with a cloakroom downstairs and a fully equipped bathroom with shower upstairs. The property sleeps up to six persons.

There are numerous picturesque harbours and smaller quieter bays to visit at your leisure. St Merryn is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The coastal paths, many owned by the National Trust, offer some spectacular coastal walks. All of the bays and beaches are extremely clean and are among the finest in Cornwall, each one with its own outstanding beauty.

Padstow also offers some fabulous shopping with a number of smaller outlets such as Crew, White Stuff, Joules and Quba Sails as well as individual gift and jewelry shops for the more discerning shopper. Coffee shops and bistros are abundant encouraging a few hours relaxation.

There are also numerous attractions to keep the children and adults occupied, from Crealy Park, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan to a number of top class restaurants for example Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant, and Fifteen.
